Sean Hawkins

Sean is the Principal Consultant, and founder of Hawkins Consulting, which predominantly specialises in AML/CFT Compliance. He holds a Diploma in Law (legal executive studies) and is also an experienced AML/CFT Compliance Officer for a large reporting entity, providing registered addresses across 20 national locations.

Shawn has first-hand experience remediating severe cases of non-compliance. This coupled with his legal qualification, and ongoing experience as a Compliance Officer gives Shawn an edge, and an intricate apprehension of the AML/CFT Act 2009, together with Privacy Law. He has a clear understanding of the expectations both from an audit and regulatory point of view.
